TERMS OF SERVICE

1. USE AND PURCHASING

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this website or purchase our products. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability. However, errors or changes may occasionally occur. 4 Seasons Portable Buildings reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by incorrect information.

Portable buildings may vary slightly in appearance because of lighting, materials, manufacturing, and screen-display differences.

1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed purchase price, applicable taxes, and any disclosed delivery or additional service charges.

Orders are not final until accepted by 4 Seasons Portable Buildings or the applicable authorized dealer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

Rent-to-own and financing agreements may be subject to separate terms established by the applicable rent-to-own or financing company.

1. DELIVERY AND SETUP

Delivery dates and times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, ground conditions, equipment problems, traffic, permitting, customer readiness, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

One delivery and standard setup are included within 30 odometer miles of the applicable dealership unless different terms are stated in writing.

The customer must:

• Provide a clear delivery path at least two feet wider than the portable building

• Ensure the delivery location and ground conditions are suitable for heavy equipment

• Identify and protect underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, landscaping, driveways, and other property

• Provide an appropriate prepared pad or suitable solid concrete cap blocks

• Obtain any required permits and approvals

4 Seasons Portable Buildings, its dealers, delivery drivers, and subcontractors are not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable ground conditions, concealed underground items, inadequate access, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Standard setup includes placing one block at ground level at the highest point and leveling the structure up to two feet out of level. Additional site preparation, blocks, pillars, mileage, or specialized setup may result in additional charges.

If delivery cannot be completed because the site is inaccessible or unsuitable, a redelivery charge equal to 5% of the purchase price, plus any applicable additional mileage, may be charged.

1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Please review that policy for information about cancellations, restocking fees, custom orders, returns, and refunds.

1. RENT-TO-OWN BUILDINGS

A portable building subject to a rent-to-own agreement must not be altered, modified, sold, transferred, or relocated until it has been paid in full unless the rent-to-own company provides prior written permission.

Customers who need to relocate a rent-to-own building must contact the rent-to-own company before moving it. Unauthorized relocation may violate the rent-to-own agreement and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

1. NOT DESIGNED FOR HUMAN OCCUPANCY

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, our portable buildings are not designed, manufactured, or sold for human occupancy or habitation.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the building’s use, placement, modification, and condition comply with applicable laws, building codes, zoning rules, setbacks, covenants, permitting requirements, and land-use restrictions.

4 Seasons Portable Buildings does not represent that any portable building is approved for a particular use or location.

1. MODIFICATIONS AND RESALE

The customer assumes responsibility for alterations or modifications made after purchase. Modifying a building may affect its safety, warranty coverage, compliance, and permitted use.

Buildings must not be modified in a manner that violates applicable laws or causes the structure to exceed legal size or placement limitations. The customer is responsible for determining whether resale or transfer is permitted under applicable agreements and laws.

1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Use this website or our products for unlawful purposes

• Violate applicable local, state, or federal laws

• Infringe upon intellectual-property rights

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Distribute malicious software or harmful content

• Interfere with the security or operation of our website

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, product information, and designs, is owned by or licensed to 4 Seasons Portable Buildings and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4 Seasons Portable Buildings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase or use of a portable building, delivery-site conditions, or delays outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

1. PRIVACY

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
