1. Use and Purchasing
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services and to Purchase products. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
3. Product Information and Pricing
We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel any orders arising from them.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. One free delivery is included. Customer must provide direct access to the desired location on customers property. We ask for a path at least 2 foot wider than the product purchased. We use heavy equipment to place our products on your property. Our delivery drivers and subcontracted delivery drives are not responsible for any below or above ground property damage. It is customers responsibility to decide if ground conditions are suitable. If delivery location is not suitable due to space and/or conditions a redelivery charge of 5% of purchase price plus any extra mileage will be charged to customer. Customer must provide a pad for placement or customer supplied cement block may be used. We place 1 block at ground level and level the structure up to 2 foot out of level.

7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law
- Infringe on our intellectual property
- Distribute harmful or malicious content
Modification or Relocation of Building. Any building that is currently or is to be out on a rent to own contract is NOT to be altered or modified in any way until the building is paid in full, nor under any circumstance can it be relocated. You must first contact the rental company to schedule a move. Any building that is moved to a different location without the consent of the rent to own contract holder will be considered stolen and the culprit WILL be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Not for Re-Sale or Human Occupancy: Release & Indemnification. Purchaser acknowledges that the portable building(s) sold hereunder may not be re-sold in a retail manner, and are NOT DESIGNED OR SUITABLE FOR HUMAN OCCUPANCY OR HABITATION. Accordingly, Purchaser hereby releases and forever discharges Seller, and will indemnify, defend and hold Seller harmless, to the maximum extent permitted by law, from and against any claims, liability, expenses, regulatory or administrative actions, injunctions, damages, or cost of any kind, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees, arising from or in connection with (I) the purchaser's sale or transfer of any portable building(s) to any other person or entity, (ii) the human occupancy or portable building(s) sold hereunder, (iii) the modification of any portable building(s) in any manner that results in the square footage of any portable buildings exceeding 400 square feet, or (iv) the placement of any such portable building(s) within three feet of any other structure or property line.
Compliance with Laws. Purchaser hereby represents and warrants to Seller that Purchaser has complied, and Purchaser's use and placement of the portable building(s) sold hereunder will comply, with all federal, state and local laws and regulations, including without limitation local zoning codes, setbacks, covenants,permits and land use regulations, Seller does not represent that the portable building(s) sold hereunder are approved for use or placement in any specific location. Purchaser is responsible for determining whether the portable building(s) may be used or placed in any specific location or for any particular purpose, and purchaser's inability to use or place the portable building(s) sold hereunder in any specific location or manner.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4 Seasons Portable Buildings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
