4 Seasons Portable Buildings provides FREE delivery to our customers. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 30 odometer miles from the dealer.
Customer must provide cement cap block or provide a level “pad” to place the structure. We must have a clear path 2ft wider than the building with more room if performing turns.
RENT TO OWN was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no strings plans allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.

We have 3 siding materials for you to choose from.
- LP Smart Siding. #1 rated composite wood siding.
- Preasure Treated T1-11. Stained.

Floor
All buildings come with 5/8 pressure treated or LP Smart Flooring for no extra charge. 2x4 floor joist on 16 inch center standard. 4x6 pressure treated runners. Upgrades available-2x6 floor joist, 3/4 flooring, and 12 inch on center joist
Walls

Is delivery and set up free?
Yes, free delivery is included up to 30 miles from the sales lot. We will set up and level the building on customer supplied cement block. We will not go more than 2 foot out of level. We place one customer supplied cement block at the highest point of ground and level from there no pillar can be stacked more than 2 foot.
Will there be a big transfer truck in my yard and on my lawn?
No, while we do transport the portable building with larger trucks we use a machine called a mule that dollies or slides the building into place. We actually find a safe place to unload the building and use this machine to get to its final spot.
Is the building delivered whole?
Yes, the portable building is completely prebuilt and we deliver it as one unit
What kind of cement block do I need?
We suggest 4 x 8 x 16 solid cement cap blocks.
